We work with licensed and insured HVAC installation partners who meet our quality, communication, and professionalism standards. Partners must carry valid licensing, appropriate insurance, and demonstrate experience with residential system replacement.

How does onboarding work?

Once we agree to move forward, we handle onboarding and paperwork and integrate you into our scheduling and communication systems. You’ll receive access to tools, documentation, and a dedicated point of contact.

When and how do you pay?

We pay on a clear, agreed-upon schedule — typically within 15 days of job completion. Payments are made via direct deposit and are based on the contracted rate. No surprises, no delays.

What about job scheduling?

Alliance manages customer booking and scheduling through our platform. You receive jobs that match your availability and service area. We handle customer communication so you can focus on the installation — without overbooking or last-minute chaos.

Do you provide training?

Yes. We provide documentation, process training, and ongoing support related to Alliance standards, systems, and expectations. This is not trade training — partners are expected to be experienced professionals. Our goal is alignment, not retraining.
